Roaring Fork Auto Trail - Spring Flowers

On Saturday we drove the Roaring Fork Auto Trail to see the status of the spring flowers.
The spring bloom is in its early stage. Spring Beauty, Hepatica, and an occasional Yellow Violet are in bloom. Trillium should be blooming in early April about the same time as the Dogwood, maybe a little earlier. We found few signs of the other Spring flowers, but they should be popping up soon.

Below are some photos that we took. Click on the slideshow to see larger photos.

Thanks for your visit to my blog and your help in identifying my flowers. I've enjoyed looking at your flower photos. I'm taking some time off work in April, and the Roaring Fork Auto Trail is now on the agenda!
